The SG(B)10 series dry-type transformers are Class H, non-encapsulated dry transformers manufactured using American DuPont NOMEX® paper and a vacuum-pressure impregnation process followed by drying and curing. Thanks to the NOMEX® paper insulation used in the transformer coils, combined with the vacuum-pressure impregnation and subsequent drying/curing treatment, these transformers exhibit exceptional mechanical strength and electrical performance. They are highly resistant to high temperatures, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, feature low partial discharge levels, produce minimal noise, and are well-suited for operation in a wide range of environments.
