XIPM-12 Fully Insulated and Fully Sealed AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear


The XIPM-12 fully insulated and fully sealed AC metal-clad switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the "gas-insulated cubicle") is a next-generation switching device. Its main switch can be equipped either with a permanent-magnet vacuum circuit breaker or a spring-operated vacuum circuit breaker. The entire cabinet combines air insulation with SF6 gas-insulated compartments, offering both compactness and scalability—making it ideal for distribution automation applications. Structural Features
● Fully insulated and maintenance-free: The gas-insulated switchgear features a stainless steel metal enclosure filled with SF6 gas as the insulating medium. The main busbar, along with load switches and circuit breakers, are all housed securely within the gas-filled cabinet.

● Compact design: The inflatable cabinet features a modular design, ensuring that each circuit unit maintains a consistent width dimension (325 mm), regardless of the specific configuration or combination chosen.
● Easy installation: The cable chamber offers ample space for conveniently installing cable accessories; additionally, it comes pre-equipped with room for two pairs of cable terminations, though three pairs can also be installed if needed.

● Excellent value for money: The inflatable cabinet features a single gas compartment capable of accommodating up to 6 circuits, easily meeting diverse customer requirements. Plus, the product requires no maintenance for 30 years and eliminates the need to replenish SF6 gas in the gas compartment.
