● The KYN61-40.5 indoor AC high-voltage metal-clad withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is designed for use in indoor, complete switchgear systems rated for three-phase AC operation at 50 Hz and 40.5 kV. It serves as a critical component in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises, providing functions such as circuit control, protection, and monitoring for efficient energy distribution and utilization.

● GB/T3906-2020 "AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment Rated from 3.6 kV to 40.5 kV"

 

Structural Features

● Utilizing heat-shrink insulation materials and epoxy-coating insulation technology, optimizing electrode shapes, the cabinet features a compact structure that minimizes its footprint.

● The cabinet body is constructed from high-strength, highly corrosion-resistant imported aluminized zinc-coated steel sheets or galvanized steel sheets, which are formed through punching, shearing, and bending processes, then assembled using specialized pull-rivet screws. ·Each functional compartment within the switchgear is sealed off with metal partitions and equipped with an independent pressure-relief channel.

● Operations such as circuit breaker and grounding switch operations can all be performed with the switchgear door closed, enabling door-closing operation.

● A mechanical interlock system is installed between the handcart, circuit breaker, grounding switch, and rear cabinet door to prevent misoperations, ensuring comprehensive "five-protection" functionality for safety and reliability.
