Structural Features
The switchgear enclosure is fabricated from aluminized zinc-coated steel sheets, galvanized steel, or cold-rolled steel, precisely shaped using CNC machining, while the front panel undergoes powder coating for enhanced durability and aesthetics. The switchgear consists of several key compartments: the busbar chamber, switch unit, cable compartment, operating mechanism area, and control room. A pressure-relief channel is strategically positioned at the rear of the cabinet, ensuring a rational, compact, and space-efficient design that’s both lightweight and highly functional. It offers convenient and flexible operation, features a comprehensive and reliable five-protection interlocking system, and boasts easy installation, stable and safe operation—plus, it’s fully expandable. Additionally, the equipment meets an IP3X protection rating.
