Structural Features
● The switchgear features a metal-enclosed, box-type structure, with the cabinet frame welded from C-channel steel. Inside, steel panels divide the enclosure into distinct compartments: the circuit breaker room, busbar room, cable room, and relay room. Additionally, observation windows and built-in lighting on the front doors allow operators to monitor the operational status of key components within the cabinet. Depending on the cabinet layout, the upper front section houses the relay room, equipped for mounting relays and featuring signal relays, indicator meters, and signaling lights on the door. The operating compartment is located at the rear upper section, while the lower rear portion serves as the cable room, providing easy access for wiring connections. Finally, the front area accommodates the circuit breaker room, ensuring convenient maintenance of the switchgear. The entire unit meets an IP2X protection rating.
