SC(B) Dry-Type Transformer
Category:
Epoxy resin dry-type transformers use epoxy resin as the insulating material. The high- and low-voltage windings are wound using copper strips (foils), then cast in a vacuum with epoxy resin, which is subsequently cured to form a high-strength fiberglass-like structural body.

Product Details
Epoxy resin dry-type transformers use epoxy resin as the insulating material. The high- and low-voltage windings are wound using copper strips (foils), which are then cast in a vacuum with epoxy resin and allowed to cure, forming a robust, high-strength fiberglass-like structural body. These transformers are available in insulation classes F and H. Epoxy resin dry-type transformers boast excellent electrical performance, outstanding resistance to lightning surges, strong ability to withstand short-circuit currents, and a compact, lightweight design. They can also be equipped with temperature display controllers, enabling real-time monitoring and control of the transformer winding temperatures—thus ensuring the transformer maintains its optimal operational lifespan.
