Product Details
A three-dimensional rolled-core transformer is an energy-efficient power transformer whose key component—the three-dimensional rolled core—is assembled by joining three identical single-frame cores. Each individual core features core columns and yoke sections with equal, nearly semicircular cross-sections. When combined, the three core columns form a symmetrical equilateral triangular arrangement in three dimensions. Additionally, the cross-section of each core column closely resembles a circle, ensuring that all three magnetic circuits have identical lengths—and the yokes are designed to be as short as possible. As a result, the transformer boasts a lightweight core structure, minimal no-load losses, optimized magnetic circuit design, significantly reduced energy consumption, low noise levels, exceptional overload capacity, and a compact, space-efficient footprint.
