Introduction to Cabinet Displays
● The core controller of the automation (PLC) control cabinet typically uses internationally renowned brands such as Siemens, GE, Schneider, and ABB as its control unit, paired with a 10-inch or larger color touchscreen for seamless human-machine interaction. All input/output signals are isolated via optocouplers or relays, and the high-performance CPU ensures that the product—boasting exceptional stability, reliability, safety, and cutting-edge technology—consistently ranks among the industry’s top performers.
Technical Features
● It can form a star Ethernet or ring Ethernet topology when connected to the host computer and other local devices.
● The water plant's automated PLC control system has been fully integrated to communicate with and manage on-site process equipment, as well as all field-mounted gate valves, flow meters, level sensors, thermometers, and other process devices.
● The hydroelectric power station's PLC-based automatic control system manages the turbine-generator unit, enabling functions such as automatic no-load operation, synchronized power generation, shutdown, active power regulation of the generator, reactive power adjustment, and seamless switching between different generator operating modes.
● The pump station unit features automatic PLC control, enabling functions such as automated startup (opening the water gate, activating cooling water, evacuating air, and starting the pump), shutdown, active power adjustment of the motor, reactive power regulation, and seamless switching between different motor operating modes.
● Measurement of various electrical and non-electrical parameters;
● Control of inlet valves such as butterfly valves, gate valves, and ball valves;
● Connects to the host computer (back-end monitoring system) via Ethernet.
