Fire Protection Electrical Control Device (Automatic Inspection Control Equipment for Fire Pumps)
The XY-XFXFJ-110 Fire Protection Electrical Control Device (also known as the Fire Pump Automatic Inspection and Control Equipment, or "Inspection Cabinet" for short) is an automatic control system designed for routine, periodic checks of the performance of fire hydrant pumps and sprinkler pumps in fire water supply systems. The Inspection Cabinet operates according to a user-defined inspection cycle, driving each fire pump individually at low frequency and low speed to test their functionality. Meanwhile, the system’s information collection unit gathers relevant data via onboard sensors, enabling it to detect potential issues such as pump stalling, overload, short circuits, or phase failures during the inspection process. The system’s central processing unit then records and categorizes this information for easy access by the user. Additionally, the central unit displays all collected data on a built-in screen and triggers audible and visual alarms to alert operators. Users can also interact with the system through the display, facilitating straightforward and convenient operation throughout the entire process.

Product Overview
● The XY-XFXFJ-110 Fire Protection Electrical Control Device (also known as the Fire Pump Automatic Inspection and Control Equipment, or "Inspection Cabinet" for short) is an automated system designed for routine, periodic checks of fire-fighting water supply systems—specifically, the performance of fire hydrant pumps and sprinkler pumps.
The Inspection Cabinet operates according to a user-defined cycle, driving each fire pump individually at low frequency and low speed to test their functionality. Meanwhile, the system’s information collection unit gathers relevant data via integrated sensors within the cabinet, enabling it to detect potential issues such as pump stalling, overload, short circuits, or phase failures during the inspection process.
● The product meets the standards.
● GB 16806-2006 *Fire Alarm and Control System*
Structural Features
● This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant national standard GB16806-2006, "Fire Alarm Control System," while integrating modern scientific and technological advancements to deliver innovative functionality.
● The inspection scope can be extended from the fire pump to include the water level and temperature in the fire water tank, pipeline water pressure, fire-fighting end-point water pressure, and monitoring of the fire pump control circuit.
● It can be connected to the fire control center's backend via communication interfaces, including a 485 interface and an Ethernet interface, further enhancing equipment management across all components of the fire water supply system and effectively ensuring the reliable operation of the system.
