Product Overview
● The DJ-type integrated distribution box is designed for installation on utility poles in both urban and rural power grids, specifically at the low-voltage side of public distribution transformers. Depending on the specific configuration and functionality required, it can consist of some or all of the following components: a public transformer data acquisition terminal, switching equipment, reactive power compensation devices, residual current protectors, lightning protection systems, along with corresponding cables and wiring.
● GB/T 7251.2-2023 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear – Part 2: Power Switchgear and Control Equipment"
● GB/T 15576-2020 "Low-Voltage Complete Reactive Power Compensation Devices"
Structural Features
● Distribution Transformer Monitoring: Utilizing public transformer collection terminals to measure and analyze operational parameters of distribution transformers, while enabling real-time monitoring through data exchange with the remote master station system.
● Electricity Metering: The DJ box should be equipped with devices such as current transformers, and the public transformer data acquisition terminal features energy measurement functionality. The metered data can be used for billing and line loss assessments, among other applications.
● Electrical Power Distribution: Install an incoming knife-fuse switch in the DJ box, along with appropriate outgoing circuit breakers. The number of output circuits and the capacity of the breakers should be determined based on the transformer capacity and power supply requirements.
● Reactive Power Compensation: The DJ box is equipped with compensation components. Depending on customer requirements, it can deliver hybrid compensation, dynamic compensation, and precision compensation. The compensation capacity can be configured either at the standard 30% level or tailored to meet specific customer needs.
