The XIP series of high- and low-voltage intelligent switchgear is a next-generation product independently developed and designed by our company. These intelligent switching and control devices represent a fusion of traditional switchgear and control equipment with cutting-edge technologies such as computer science, data processing, control theory, sensor technology, network communication, and power electronics. Equipped with controllers or host systems (master stations), these devices deliver a comprehensive suite of functions—including remote measurement, remote adjustment, remote control, and remote signaling—for on-site equipment, power grids, or other connected controllers (slave stations)—either partially or entirely. From design and installation to operation and maintenance, we provide customers with an unparalleled digital experience.

Structural Features 
1. Product Features 
It features a completely new exterior design with seamless integration into the installation environment. 
The functional units feature a modular design, with unit types available in fixed partitioned and drawer-style configurations for flexible combinations.

The Zhilian QR code serves as an anti-counterfeiting label while also linking to critical information within the complete set of equipment.

2. Outstanding technical performance 
The low-voltage main busbar has a rated short-time withstand current of 100 kA, while the vertical busbar is rated for a short-time withstand current of 65 kA.

Seismic testing at intensity level 9, with the requirement for uninterrupted communication technology. 
Meets EMC electromagnetic compatibility requirements. 
Corrosion resistance complies with GB/T20641-2014.

3. Intelligent operation and maintenance, ensuring reliable power supply 
An online monitoring system that analyzes data in real time, performs self-checks and diagnostics of the system, instantly detects faults, and enables comprehensive fault analysis and localization. 
The energy consumption management system enables itemized energy statistics and presents them in various types of charts, reducing the need for manual labor and resources in data collection and analysis.

Busbar temperature monitoring system to prevent potential hazards such as tripping or severe short-circuit faults caused by loose busbar bolts or overloading. 
The leakage current monitoring system prevents potential hazards such as severe electrical fires caused by aging internal wiring within the cabinet and exposed, damaged cables outside the cabinet. 
The remote monitoring system uses communication methods to remotely perform telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment of equipment, reducing the need for on-site management personnel while enhancing overall efficiency.
