The iron core is made of high-permeability, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, resulting in low no-load losses. The three-phase windings all feature concentric coils, utilize corrugated oil channels, and employ a non-varnish impregnation process, secured with tight strapping bands. This design provides high mechanical strength, balanced ampere-turn distribution, and excellent short-circuit resistance.


Product Details


This product features a fully sealed design. During encapsulation, the transformer undergoes a vacuum oil-filling process that completely removes moisture from within the transformer, ensuring isolation of the transformer oil from external air and preventing oil aging, thereby enhancing the operational reliability of the transformer. Transformers across all capacity ranges are equipped with pressure relief valves, and, according to user requirements, gas relays with alarm and trip functions can also be installed, guaranteeing the safe operation of the transformer.

The fuel tank uses a corrugated design, which features a simple manufacturing process, high mechanical strength, excellent weld quality, and resistance to leakage. Due to the oil’s high fluidity, the product’s heat dissipation capability is enhanced.

This product boasts a beautiful appearance, a compact size, and a small footprint, making it an ideal maintenance-free solution.
