On February 13, 2025, Xingyi grandly held its 2025 Work Arrangement and Deployment Conference. Senior management team members, general managers of all marketing companies, as well as all marketing and management personnel gathered together, united in spirit and fully prepared to embark on the exciting new chapter of 2025 with high motivation! First, the outstanding representatives of 2024 took turns sharing their valuable experiences and insights. Following this, the general managers of each marketing company formally presented their companies with signed Responsibility Agreements for Business Targets, clearly outlining the 2025 objectives and responsibilities, thereby demonstrating their determination and confidence to wholeheartedly achieve these critical goals.
The meeting comprehensively reviewed and summarized the company’s key achievements, major initiatives, and valuable lessons learned in 2024, while also identifying the primary challenges encountered. It clearly outlined the guiding principles for business development in 2025.
Focusing on marketing, we will strengthen our core business while driving upgrades, aggressively pursue new energy products and projects, accelerate the development of innovative offerings and technological advancements, expedite talent acquisition and training, bolster the growth of our marketing and management teams, expand our market presence, and intensify efforts in corporate culture building and brand promotion—ultimately transforming into a "New Electric" company and fully advancing Xingyi's high-quality, sustainable growth.
The meeting outlined the key objectives and tasks for 2025, which revolve around: steady growth in core business metrics, continued acceleration of R&D innovation, aggressive expansion into new energy sectors, prudent advancement of market strategies, accelerated team-building efforts, and the establishment of a robust, comprehensive human resources management system—among ten major priorities.
The meeting outlined the key priorities and main measures for 2025, focusing on the company's primary goals for operational growth in that year.
First, we will fully focus on marketing efforts to create new momentum in our business operations.
Primarily, we will steadily expand and optimize the marketing team; focus on building a strong core group and identifying top performers; and carefully advance market expansion. While maintaining our presence in traditional markets and exploring new ones, we’ll also accelerate our strategic positioning in the renewable energy sector, opening up fresh avenues for marketing efforts. Additionally, we’ll further refine our marketing incentive policies and ramp up initiatives in electrical product marketing.
Second, we are fully committed to building a new electric ecosystem, accelerating the transition toward scalable, systematic, and intelligent new growth.
This year, the company will steadily expand its production capacity, including launching an automated production line for transformer core components and another for drawer cabinets. We’ll also achieve large-scale mass production of products such as energy storage cabinets, pre-fabricated primary- and secondary-circuit units, and modular step-up transformers, driving new breakthroughs in both output volume and revenue. In terms of systematically building the Xiyi Electric product portfolio, we’re focusing on developing the second-generation XIP series while further refining the modular design of the XIM series. This will enable intelligent, integrated management across eight key areas: power distribution, security systems, fire protection, photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation, energy storage management, and smart charging station operations. Meanwhile, we’ll continue optimizing and upgrading our renewable energy products to create a truly smart, state-of-the-art factory.
Third, we are fully expanding our new energy business while continuously enhancing our integrated "source-grid-load-storage" solution capabilities.
The company will focus intensively on two key areas: "commercial and industrial distributed rooftop photovoltaics" and "charging station infrastructure." It will carefully select and partner with high-potential, top-tier enterprises to invest in and develop cutting-edge new energy projects. Meanwhile, by continuously enhancing its portfolio of next-generation energy products, the company will steadily advance the integration of operational data from its XIP series products and the development of remote control capabilities. Additionally, it will successfully integrate universal photovoltaic inverters with commercial and industrial energy storage EMS systems, further strengthening the smart management platform's reach and influence within the renewable energy sector.
Fourth, we will fully advance the "Talent-Driven Enterprise" strategy to achieve new breakthroughs in talent development.

Meanwhile, to strengthen unified oversight, the Engineering Management Committee should establish standardized guidelines for all management practices and service offerings, ensuring consistent implementation and tight control across the board.
