On the afternoon of August 16, 2025, just ahead of the eighth Chinese Doctors' Day, the Zongyang Chamber of Commerce in Wuhan held a grand gathering at Xingyi Technology Group, themed "Virtue in Action, Excellence Through Diligence," to celebrate the occasion with medical professionals from Zongyang who are practicing medicine in Han.
Leaders including Tang Ping, Director of the Health and Immunization Planning Division at Hubei Provincial Center for Disease Control; Yan Xueju, Chief Public Health Expert at Wuhan Municipal Health Commission; Han Min, Chairman of Zhaoyang City Federation of Industry and Commerce; Sun Xiaoyan, Director of Zhaoyang City Health Commission; and Wang Jixing, Director of the Wuhan-Zhaoyang Municipal Government’s Mass Work Service Center in Wuhan, graced the event. Over 80 attendees—including medical professionals from Zhaoyang who now work at renowned hospitals such as Tongji Hospital, Union Hospital, Hubei Provincial People’s Hospital, and Wuhan University Zhongnan Hospital in Wuhan, along with representatives from the Wuhan Zhaoyang Chamber of Commerce—gathered to celebrate the occasion, reconnect with their hometown ties, and discuss shared visions for the future.
Wang Jinbin, Chairman of the Wuhan Zhaoyang Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Xingyi Technology Group, warmly welcomed the attendees and delivered a welcoming speech. Sun Xiaoyan, Director of the Zhaoyang Municipal Health Commission, also gave a speech, conveying the heartfelt greetings from Yang Jing, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xiangyang Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Zhaoyang Municipal Party Committee, to medical professionals from Zhaoyang working in Wuhan—words that deeply touched everyone present, reminding them of their hometown’s warmth and care.
At the beginning of the event, participants toured Xingyi Technology Group’s production facilities and showcased their achievements, gaining a detailed understanding of Xingyi’s independently designed and developed XIP-M/XIP-L intelligent distribution equipment, as well as innovative new-energy products such as charging stations, commercial and industrial energy storage systems, combined step-up transformers, and prefabricated substations. They also explored the company’s smart operation and maintenance management platform and learned about the strategic collaboration results with internationally renowned firms like Siemens and Schneider Electric.
Visitors deeply admired Xingyi's proactive exploration and the milestone achievements made on the path of innovative development, noting that Xingyi is growing rapidly and successfully, creating numerous job opportunities while contributing significantly to tax revenues—a source of pride for fellow hometown residents of Zhaoyang.
At the friendship gathering, Tang Ping, Director of the Health and Immunization Planning Division at Hubei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, delivered a speech and spontaneously composed a poem: "Morning and evening vigilance by the sickbed, skillful hands turn sickness into healing grace. If you ask who in this world deserves respect, the white-clad warriors shine brightest of all."
Dr. Yan Xue, Chief Public Health Expert at the Wuhan Municipal Health Commission, shared emotionally: "Although we are all working tirelessly on the frontlines of healthcare across Wuhan, our roots remain deeply embedded in the fertile land of Zhaoyang. It is our hometown’s rich soil that has nurtured our character, and its simple, heartfelt traditions that have shaped our medical ethics." She is committed to deepening her expertise in nephrology, continuously honing her professional skills, and ensuring that the original aspirations of medical practitioners shine brightly amidst the currents of our evolving era.
Chen Jingcao, Director of the Department of Neurosurgery at Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, highly praised Xingyi's remarkable achievements during his speech, calling him a source of pride for the people of Zaoyang. Reflecting on the deep-rooted sense of hometown loyalty among medical professionals from Zaoyang, he emotionally shared several heartwarming examples: from establishing specialized medical consortium alliances to enhance primary care services, to coordinating air ambulance services for critically ill patients in urgent need, and even securing free surgical opportunities for impoverished children in Zaoyang. These tangible initiatives vividly demonstrate the unwavering dedication of Zaoyang’s medical community—always mindful of their roots and eager to give back to their hometown with heartfelt gratitude.
Professor Wang Lei from the Department of Anesthesiology at Wuhan Union Hospital shared during his presentation that Zhaoyang may lack abundant mineral resources or major rivers, yet its remarkable rise into the top 100 counties is rooted in the indomitable spirit and fearless, pioneering attitude deeply ingrained in the people of Zhaoyang. It’s precisely this character that enables us to shine brightly in our respective roles.
Professor Guan Hanfeng, from the Department of Orthopedics at Tongji Hospital in Wuhan, emphasized the importance of spinal health during his presentation. He specifically advised the fellow townsmen in attendance to prioritize spinal care in their daily lives, taking proactive measures to prevent potential issues before they arise.
