To strengthen collaboration between the university and industry and deepen the integration of industry, academia, and research, on the afternoon of December 10, 2024, a delegation led by Yan Liezhou, Secretary of the Party Committee at Wuhan Vocational Technology College, along with Zhu Hong, Dean of the School of Intelligent Manufacturing, and Chen Jun, Dean of the School of Civil Engineering, visited Xingyi for an exchange and discussion. Wang Jinbin, Chairman of Xingyi Technology Group, warmly welcomed the group.
Yan Liezhou and his delegation toured the Xingyi exhibition hall and electrical workshop, watched Xingyi's promotional video, and gained an "immersive" understanding of Xingyi's independently developed new energy products, cutting-edge smart manufacturing innovations, and vibrant corporate culture. The two sides also exchanged ideas on topics such as industry-university collaboration and talent development.
At the seminar, Wang Jinbin, Chairman of Xingyi Technology Group, shared insights into Xingyi's current development status, product innovations, and talent cultivation and utilization strategies. Yan Liezhou expressed high appreciation for Xingyi's proactive exploration in innovation and development, as well as the phased achievements already made. He emphasized that the college has always prioritized collaboration with enterprises, leveraging the industry-university partnership model to provide students with more hands-on opportunities and cultivate high-quality talents equipped with both innovative thinking and practical skills.
The two parties, through in-depth discussions, have jointly reached an意向 (intentional) cooperation agreement covering areas such as talent development and utilization, product R&D, and technological innovation.
