China State Construction Technology Industrial Park: Low-Carbon Campus and Zero-Carbon Building Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project

Project Location: Wuhan, Hubei Province

Hardware infrastructure: photovoltaic modules, PV mounting structures, inverters, prefabricated cabins, step-up transformers, and more

Project Overview: This project, in collaboration between Xingyi and a central state-owned enterprise, involves the installation of a new 2,553-kilowatt photovoltaic power generation system on areas such as the building’s rooftop. The system will operate under a self-consumption model, with any surplus electricity fed back into the grid.

Xingyi has achieved three major breakthroughs in this project: First, a technological breakthrough—featuring multiple innovative advancements and the application of Xingyi's independently developed photovoltaic power station step-up transformer and integrated primary/secondary prefabricated modules. Second, a construction breakthrough—through optimized construction planning that successfully tackled the challenging task of lifting and installing a step-up transformer weighing over 10 tons at an installation height exceeding 100 meters. Finally, a milestone in project timeline—despite tight deadlines and heavy workloads, the project set a new record by delivering in just 20 days, highlighting Xingyi's robust capabilities in the renewable energy sector.
