Project Overview: This project involves the construction of a distributed photovoltaic (PV) power generation system on a 5,400㎡ area—specifically on the factory building of Xianning Chengfa Environmental Kitchen Waste Treatment Co., Ltd. and the rooftop of Xianning Chengfa Leachate & Kitchen Waste Treatment Co., Ltd. The system features a DC-side installed capacity of 232.4 kWp and an AC-side installed capacity of 200 kW. It will operate under a "self-generation for self-use, with surplus power fed into the grid" model.

Xingyi fully leverages rooftop space resources to meet the electricity and power demands of Xianning City Development, effectively reducing operational costs while supporting kitchen waste management in the city’s urban areas and enhancing the overall urban environment.
