Project Overview: Xingyi partners with China Resources Land, a central state-owned enterprise, to jointly develop the high-end integrated Wuhan Mixc·Xingfuli project. This project combines residential, commercial, and office spaces into one dynamic complex, spanning a total floor area of approximately 730,000 square meters. It features five ultra-tall residential towers, the China Resources Land Tower—a landmark office building—and the expansive Mixc shopping mall, creating a seamless, one-stop destination for both business and everyday living.
