Project Overview: Located in Longgang New City, Longgang City, Zhejiang Province, the project features a total construction area of approximately 179,300 square meters and a total investment of about 1.625 billion yuan.

Xingyi leverages BIM technology to enable collaborative management across design, construction, and operations, while employing VR + 5G scanning applications to visually communicate complex project details, enhancing both construction efficiency and safety. Once completed, the project will help promote balanced and high-quality educational development in Longgang.
